Wild type strain CEN.PK113-7D from an aerobic batch cultivation with a start concentration of 20 g/L galactose. This sample was taken in exponential growth phase at a biomass concentration of 3 g dry weight/L just before addition of LiCl to a concentration of 10 mM. Three replicates labeled #1, #2 and #3 were perfomed from this time point.
