Sample GSM759506 Query DataSets for GSM759506
Status Public on Jul 14, 2011
Title [E-MTAB-513] HCT20145, lung, male, 65 years, 1x75 single mRNA-Seq
Sample type SRA

Source name lung, male, 65 years, 1x75 single mRNA-Seq
Organism Homo sapiens
Characteristics organismpart: lung
Sex: male
age: 65 years
phenotype: caucasian
material type: total_RNA
libraryprep: mRNA-Seq
biosourceprovider: Human lung total RNA, lot 0904002
Extracted molecule total RNA
Extraction protocol nucleic_acid_extraction | 1ug of total RNA was subjected to two rounds of oligo-dT beads binding. Purified mRNA was fragmented and random primed for cDNA synthesis. cDNA fragements were end repared, added dATP, and liagted to illumina pair end sample prep adaptor. The ligated material was amplified by PCR for 15 cycles, and used for illumina sequencing.
sequencing | Illumina sequencing was performed at HiSeq 2000 at Illumina
bioassay_data_transformation | FASTQ files (Illumina format) of sequencing reads were retrieved from the sequencing machine

Library strategy RNA-Seq
