Total RNA (200 ng) was converted into biotin labeled cRNA using Target Amp cDNA synthesis kit (Epicenter catalog no. TAB1R6924).

Hybridization protocol |
Approximately 750ng of labeled cRNA was fragmented, and hybridized to the Illumina MouseRef-8 v2.0 Expression beadchips in accordance to the Illumina technical manual. RNA from each culture was independently analyzed.

Scan protocol |
After hybridization, arrays were washed, stained with Cy3-conjugated streptavidin, and scanned. Image data were analyzed with BeadStudio V2.0.
