Sample GSM8631 Query DataSets for GSM8631
Status Public on Jul 25, 2003
Title CD8+ CM T cells (SubC)
Sample type RNA

Source name in vitro generated CD8+ central memory T cells
Organism Mus musculus
Extracted molecule total RNA

Description •In vitro generated CD8+ central memory(CD8IL-15) T cells were generated from female P14 T cell receptor transgenic mice on the C57Bl/6 genetic background.

•Whole spleen and lymph node cells from female P14 T cell receptor transgenic mice were homogenized and stimulated with cognate peptide (KAVYNFATM) for 2 days. The cells were then grown in IL-15 (central memory/CD8IL-15) for 7 additional days. Central memory (CD8IL-15) CD8+ T cells were sorted by high speed cell sorting for the predominant CD62Lhigh population of cells.
