Treatment protocol |
Cells were labeled with dye conjugated-antiCD monoclonal antibodies and sorted by MACS. Infected with lentiviral vectors containing NANOG, SOX2, LIN28 and POU5F1/OCT4 constructs.

Growth protocol |
Cells were isolated after overnight tissue digestion with collagenase in serum-free RPMI1640 media. Cells were transfected to produce induced pluripotent stem cells.
