Treatment protocol |
The ieSCs were cultured for 6 months, the MEFs and the TTFs were cultured for 3 passages. The immature and mature sertoli cells were cultured for 3 and 7 days respectivly.

Growth protocol |
For ieSCs samples (2%FBS in DME medium and 2mg/ml doxycyclin) for MEFs, TTFS, immature and mature Sertoli cells (10%FBS in DME). The 14.5 dpc male gonad was not cultured at all.
