Treatment protocol |
Cells were resuspended in DK10 medium, seeded at a density of 1.5 x 1,000,000 cells/cm2 and activated with 1 µg/ml LPS and 10 ng/ml IFN-γ. Following activation, cells were treated with the indicated hit compound for 4 h. Cells were harvested directly on the culture dish.
