Description
Full testis RNA preparation was performed using RNA Stat-60 (Teltest, Friendswood, TX), according to the manufacturer’s protocol. Detection calls were calculated using a Tau value of 0.015. Signal intensities were scaled to an average of 250 (scale factor 1.978).
