Description
RNA preparation was performed using RNA Stat-60 (Teltest, Friendswood, TX), according to the manufacturer’s protocol. 50 ng total RNA were amplified using two rounds of amplification. Detection calls were calculated using a Tau value of 0.015. Signal intensities were scaled to an average of 250 (scale factor 5.232).
