Used to study congenital diaphragmatic hernia; tetralogy of Fallot; and tricuspid atresia. Human ortholog(s) of this gene implicated in 46,XY sex reversal 9; myelodysplastic syndrome; and tetralogy of Fallot. Orthologous to human ZFPM2 (zinc finger protein, FOG family member 2).
