Forest plot of odds ratios and 95% confidence intervals from individual studies of the association between GATM rs9806699 and SIM and the combined results from the fixed-effect meta-analysis. Data excluding fibrate users ( Marshfield cohort and ) and any potentially interacting medications (Luzum et al [2015]) was used, except for the data from because concomitant medication information was not available. The 95% confidence intervals from the study were also not available, and thus they were estimated using the standard error from our data (lowest standard error of all studies).
