We aligned the Celera WGSA human assembly, accessioned as AADD00000000, to build34 of the human genome, available at ftp://ftp.ncbi.nih.gov/genomes/H_sapiens/, using ssahaSNP. The settings for ssahaSNP were such that 9 of the 10 neighboring bases from t
he candidate SNP base match (these 10 bases are from the 5 bases on either side of the candidate SNP).
