Multiplexed Immunoassay Panel 17 (SABRe project) - Lab Assay (blood)

COHORT: Offspring, Generation 3

TIME INTERVAL: Offspring Cohort Exam 7, Generation 3 Cohort Exam 1

DATASET NAME: l_mpimn17_2005_m_0977s

# OBSERVATIONS: 7341

Variables that define a unique record: SHAREID.

This dataset represents one panel in a series of immunoassay panels done on the same group of participants (Offspring cohort Exam 7 and Gen 3 cohort Exam 1). To get a full set of all the immunoassays panels done, combine the following datasets: l_mpimn01_2005_m_####, l_mpimn02_2005_m_####, l_mpimn03_2005_m_####, etc. (where "####" represents a unique dataset serial number and "mpimn0n" represents the nth immunoassay panel).

Upper CV limits were applied separately to each assay and each cohort to remove extreme CV outliers. The immunoassay value and the CV for all records above this upper CV limit were set to missing.

This dataset is a modified version of the original dataset. Some observations were deleted due to consent restrictions. This coding manual is based on the original dataset. Therefore the value ranges, number of observations and/or cohorts found in the modified dataset, may differ from those stated in this manual.
