Summary:
Expression profiling of naïve CD8+ T cells stimulated with IL-15 or IL-21 or both cytokines for 4 hours. 100 ng/ml of each cytokine used. Results provide insight into the synergistic effect of IL-21 and IL-15 on T cell homeostasis and effector functions.
