Analysis of YAMC colonic intestinal epithelial cell line following treatment with Lactobacillus GG (LGG) conditioned media. LGG is a probiotic bacterium used to treat acute and rotavirus diarrhea. Results provide insight into the mechanisms underlying the cytoprotective effect of LGG.
