Analysis of MG1655 cells transferred from stationary phase LB culture into fresh LB media with 0.2% glucose to OD of 0.4. Recovering cells examined at various time points up to 90 minutes. This is part of a study tracking transcriptional responses to over 30 chemical and physiological perturbations.
