Analysis of stationary phase MG1655 cells at OD600 of 2.4, 2.8, and 3.1. Cells at OD 3.1 in LB media examined at various time points up to 60 minutes. This is part of a study tracking transcriptional responses to over 30 chemical and physiological perturbations.
