Summary:
Analysis of MDA-MB-231 breast cancer cells following RhoGDIbeta knockdown. RhoGDIbeta is a Rho guanine nucleotide dissociation inhibitor (RhoGDI) expressed in tumor cells. RhoGDIs negatively regulate the activity of Rho GTPases.
