Human herpesvirus-8 infection of primary pulmonary microvascular cells
Summary:
Analysis of pulmonary microvascular endothelial cells (HMVEC-L) infected with human herpesvirus-8 (HHV-8). HMVEC-L cells are relevant to the disease process of pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH). Results provide insight into the role of HHV-8 in the pathogenesis of PAH.
