Analysis of sural nerve of progressive and non-progressive diabetic neuropathy (DN) patients. DN is characterized by progressive loss of peripheral nerve, eventually resulting in complete loss of sensation. Results provide insight into molecular mechanisms underlying DN onset and progression.
