Summary:
Analysis of lung from B6D2F1 females infected with Mycobacterium tuberculosis and treated with pyrazinamide (PZA) at 28 days post infection (dpi); samples collected at 42 and 63 dpi. Results provide insight molecular mechanisms underlying PZA modulation of host immune response during Mtb infection.
