Summary: Analysis of embryos treated with ethanol in embryo medium from 2 hours post fertilization (hpf) to 8hpf. FASD occurs when pregnant mothers consume alcohol, causing embryonic ethanol exposure and characteristic developmental defects. Results provide insight into molecular basis of FASD pathogenesis.
