Analysis of triceps brachii muscles from C57BL/6 animals given a continuous infusion of 20-hydroxyecdysone (20E) for 5 or 15 days. 20E is an abundant phytoecdysteroid. Results provide insight into the molecular effect of 20E on skeletal muscles.
