Chronic, low level drug exposure effect on obese liver
Summary:
Analysis of liver from ob/ob obese males given water with 1 mg/L each of 11 drugs during 4 months. Contamination of drinking water with these drugs may have harmful effects on health. Results provide insight into mechanisms underlying obese liver responses to water-borne drug contamination.
