Summary: Analysis of substantia nigra from animals treated on weekdays with 1 and 10 mg/kg methylphenidate (MPH) for 3 months. MPH is a psychostimulant used for the treatment of ADHD and narcolepsy. Results provide insight into the neurodegenerative consequences of MPH usage.
