Summary:
Analysis of tarsal joints for up to 4 weeks following treatment with collagen to induce arthritis. Collagen induced arthritis is a model for rheumatoid arthritis. Results provide insight into the molecular events underlying the inflammation and bone remodeling that occurs in inflammatory arthritis.
