Design: 1 ng of DNA was used as input to the Illumina Nextera XT library preparation protocol. The amplicon library was manually purified and normalised. Sequencing was performed on the Illumina NextSeq 500 platform using NextSeq 500/550 Mid-Output kit v2.5 yielding 150-bp paired end reads.
