SRX1121929: Limnognathia maerski transcriptome
1 ILLUMINA (Illumina HiSeq 2000) run: 215.1M spots, 43.5G bases, 26Gb downloads

Design: This is an RNA-seq library prepared as part of a study on the phylogenetic relationships of Spiralia. Total RNA from whole animals was extracted, and from this extraction cDNA amplification, library conversion, and sequencing in multiplex was performed at EMBL GeneCore on an Illumina HiSeq 2000.
Submitted by: Harvard University
Study: Limnognathia maerski Transcriptome or Gene expression
show Abstracthide Abstract
Transcriptome sequencing used as part of a study on the interrelationships of Spiralia, with special reference to the placement of problematic interstitial taxa.
Sample: Micrognathozoan used for RNA-seq as part of a study on the phylogenetic relationships of Spiralia.
