Design: Genomic DNA was extracted and randomly fragmented and quality checked. The fragments were end-repaired using T4 DNA polymerase, Klenow fragment and T4 polynucleotide kinase. Then, the adapter sequences were ligated to the blunt end. The size of the fragments was selected using electrophoresis. The fragments passed size-selection were amplified using polymerase chain reaction and sequenced by Illumina HiSeq X10 platform PE150 mode according to the manufacturers recommended protocols
