Study: RNA-seq analysis of Spodoptera litura for understanding its polyphagousity
show Abstracthide Abstract
The common cutworm, Spodoptera litura, attacks a wide range of crops. In Japan, soybean is generally considered to be a most damaged crop by S. litura larvae. To understand its polyphagousity, we performed RNA-seq analysis of S. litura including various tissues, stages, and feeding samples.
