We report the generation of myelinating human oligodendrocytes from dermal fibroblasts using a direct lineage conversion technique. Overall design: Examination of human oligodendrocytes from dermal fibroblasts generated with [OLIG2, SOX10, ASCL1, NKX2.2, NKX6.1], [OLIGX, SOX10, ASCL1, NKX2.2], [OLIGX, SOX10, ASCL1, NKX2.2, P53DD] in comparison to dermal fibroblasts, human primary oligodendrocytes, and human iPS cell-derived oligodendrocytes.
