SRX1837096: RNA-seq of Apis florea: male antennae
1 ILLUMINA (NextSeq 500) run: 26.7M spots, 7.5G bases, 3.7Gb downloads

Design: Poly A purified mRNA was reverse transcribed with Superscript III Reverse transcriptase and second strand of cDNA was synthesized using DNA Polymerase I. After ligation of Illumina adapter to the cDNA, library amplification was done using 8 cycles of PCR.
