1 ILLUMINA (Illumina HiSeq 2000) run: 82.8M spots, 8.3G bases, 5.2Gb downloads

Design: Standard Illumina Paired-end sequencing library protocol was used. Single-end reads were obtained from the Illumia HiSeq 2000 instrument. We investigated the rat liver transcriptome over a time course that spanned the last trimester of gestation and the first few weeks after parturition. Each developmental stage (E14,E16,E18,E20,P1,P7) had two biological replicates.
