SRX3420698: Nematostella vectensis (starlet sea anemone) regenerate 16hpa replicate 2
1 ILLUMINA (NextSeq 500) run: 30M spots, 2.3G bases, 821.8Mb downloads

Design: 100ng total RNA as input. Libraries were prepared using the Kapa stranded RNA kit. Libraries were sequenced on the NextSeq500 sequencer (Illumina) as 75BP single end.

Study: Nematostella vectensis regeneration RNAseq time series
show Abstracthide Abstract
RNAseq time series of Nematostella vectensis (starlet sea anemone) during oral regeneration (heads were discarded) after sub-pharyngeal amputation of six week old juveniles. Biological triplicates were sampled at Uncut, 0, 2, 4, 8, 12, 16, 20, 24, 36, 48, 60, 72, 96, 120, and 144 hours post amputation. Regenerating juveniles were cultured at 22C in 1/3 artificial sea water.
Sample: Nematostella vectensis (starlet sea anemone) regenerate 16hpa replicate 2
