1 ILLUMINA (Illumina HiSeq 2000) run: 10M spots, 2G bases, 1.3Gb downloads

Design: Approximately 1M-BM-5g of total RNA was extructed from 5 individuals in each time point. RNA quality was tested in bioanalyser and used for Illumina libraries preperation. Libraries were run on Illumina HiSeq2000 12-plex (20-40M reads).
