Submitted by: University of Arizona
Study: Bos taurus Transcriptome or Gene expression
show Abstracthide Abstract
mRNA was isolated from 79 different tissues from Dominette, the animal used for the original Bos taurus genome sequence. MRNA was also isolated from four tissues from Dominette''s daughter, three tissues from Dominette''s male fetus and ten tissues from SuperBull 99375. MRNA was isolated from each of these 96 tissue samples and sequenced by Illumina HiSeq 2000.
Sample: Dominette Infundibulum (contralateral to CL)
