Design: Hybrid (Huso huso x Acipencer ruthenus) sturgeon (Bester) fish were immunized with poly(I:C) while control was injected with saline. Total RNA extraction was carried out by PureLink RNAMiniKit (Invitrogen 12183018A) with on column Dnase treatment (PureLink DNaseSet, Ambion). Llibraries were prepared with TruSeq Stranded mRNA LT Kit .
