SRX11587841: RNAseq of resistant An. coluzzii
1 ILLUMINA (Illumina HiSeq 4000) run: 21.2M spots, 5.9G bases, 2.4Gb downloads

Design: At 10am, 3-5 day old presumed-mated adult females were snap frozen in the -80oC, 5 individuals were used for each of the 4 biological replicates. RNA was extracted using a Picopure kit after homogenisation with a motorised pestle as previously described. Quality and quantity of the RNA was then analysed using an Agilent TapeStation and Nanodrop respectively and sent for sequencing at Centre for Genomics, Liverpool, UK.
