SRX12204831: RNA-seq of mus musculus: adult bone marrow stromal cells
1 BGISEQ (DNBSEQ-G400) run: 49.1M spots, 4.9G bases, 2.8Gb downloads

Design: Cell suspension from digested leg bones were pooled together with flushed BM fraction after CD45+ leukocyte depletion. The RNA was extracted using RNeasy Mini Kit (QIAGEN) and DNA was removed using RNase-Free DNase Set (QIAGEN). RNA-seq was performed by BGI Genomics (Hong Kong). Library selection: poly-A selection method.

Study: RNA-seq to analyze how Sbds deletion affects BM niche gene expression at baseline and following TBI
show Abstracthide Abstract
To define mechanisms by which SBDS deficiency in bone marrow (BM) niches impairs donor hematopoietic stem cell engraftment after transplantation, we performed RNA-seq on the BM stromal cells from Sbds-deficient mice versus control mice at 24 hours after myeloablative total body irradiation (TBI) and at baseline.
Sample: SBDS Baseline
