SRX13225115: RNA-seq of Fusarium keratoplasticum : inoculation on Pelodiscus sinensis egg
1 ILLUMINA (Illumina NovaSeq 6000) run: 67.9M spots, 20.4G bases, 5.9Gb downloads

Design: Inoculate the Fusarium pathogen on Chinese softshelled turtle egg, incubate, collect, and sequence the sample. The sample (sequences) contained both pathogen and host's reads.

Study: Genomic basis of animal pathogenicity in Fusarium solani species complex
show Abstracthide Abstract
This study sequenced and assembled six Fusarium solani species complex (FSSC) clade 3 genomes (F. falciforme, F. keratoplastium, FSSC12, Fusarium sp., and F. vanettenii) which were isolated from various aquatic animal and plant hosts. Two of the pathogen species (F. falciforme and F. keratoplastium) were used to perform inoculation experiments on an animal host Pelodiscus sinensis and transcriptomes was sequenced (SAMN23418790-SAMN23418813).
Sample: Fusarium keratoplasticum infection on Pelodiscus sinenis egg (membrane)
