Design: 1.2 mkg of total RNA were treated with DNAse and purified on PureLink RNA Micro Kit columns (Invitrogen). RNA-seq libraries preparations were carried out with 0.3 mkg of total RNA using TruSeq Stranded mRNA LT Sample Prep Kit (Illumina) according to the manufacturers instructions for barcoded libraries.
