SRX17000443: Gut metagenome: MPTP mouse models

Design: Total DNA was extracted from mouse cecum digesta. Partial 16S rRNA sequences were determined using the Illumina NovaSeq 6000 at Bmlbosis (Ankara, Turkey). Briefly, the V3-V4 region was amplified using spesific primers. The Nextera XT index kit was used to attach unique identifiers to both 5 and 3 ends. After all PCR products were cleaned up using AMPure XP magneitc beads, equal quantities of each of the amplicons were pooled.
