To estiamte the role lipid flippase subunit Cdc50 plays in Candida glabrata, a ?cdc50 null mutant was constructed based on standard strain ATCC2001 (wild type, WT) through homologous recombination. Then, gene expression profiling analysis was performed using data obtained from RNA-seq of WT and ?cdc50 mutant. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for ATCC2001 yeasts and its ?cdc50 null mutant.
