SRX807588: Multiplexed shotgun genotyping of An. merus x An. coluzzii backcross progeny: Sample AnMSG_File5
1 ILLUMINA (Illumina HiSeq 2500) run: 92M spots, 13.5G bases, 6.8Gb downloads

Design: We constructed multiplexed shotgun genotyping libraries as described in Andolfatto 2011, and on this lane pooled individual MSG libraries of backcross progeny of Anopheles coluzzii and Anopheles merus. For multiplexing, each individual mosquito was assigned a unique index identifying the multiplexed library, which is needed for demultiplexing, and one of 48 barcodes identifying individuals. Backcross progeny from this lane are in sequencing set 2. The library names in this lane and their indices are as follows Library10.1.2 CAGATC, Library10.2.2 ACTTGA, Library11.1.2 GATCAG, Library11.2.2 TAGCTT, Library12.1.2 GGCTAC, Library12.2.2 CTTGTA, Library13.1.2 ATCACG, Library13.2.2 CGATGT, Library14.1.2 TTAGGC, Library14.2.2 TGACCA, Library15.1.2 AGTCAA, Library15.2.2 AGTTCC, Library16.1.2 ATGTCA, Library16.2.2 CCGTCC, Library9.1.2 ACAGTG, Library9.2.2 GCCAAT.

Study: Anopheles coluzzii whole-genome sequence, and multiplexed shotgun genotyping reads of An. coluzzii, An. merus, and backcross progeny
show Abstracthide Abstract
These sequence reads were generated for QTL mapping of backcross progeny of An. merus and An. coluzzii. We created multiplexed shotgun genotyping reads (genome digested with the Mse enzyme) of the backcross progeny, and of the parental species. We also created a standard genomic library (not Mse digested) of An. coluzzii.
Sample: Multiplexed shotgun genotyping of An. merus x An. coluzzii backcross progeny
