This study examines the transcriptomes of embryonic stem cells following overexpression of Klf5. Additionally, this study examines the transcripomes of single embryos either treated with scramble siRNA or siRNA targeting Klf5. Overall design: Bulk RNA-seq was performed on mESCs overexpressing Klf5 or GFP as a control. Single embryo RNA-seq was performed on single embryos injected with either a scramble control siRNA, or an siRNA specific to Klf5
