Study: Dynamic and stable enhancer-promoter contacts regulate terminal differentiation [ChIP-Seq]
show Abstracthide Abstract
Genome-wide chromosome conformation capture (Hi-C) and promoter-capture Hi-C (CHi-C) were performed during epidermal differentiation. These data indicate that dynamic and constitutive enhancer-promoter contacts combine to control gene induction during differentiation and that chromosome conformation enables discovery of new TFs with distinct roles in this process. Overall design: ChIP-seq data from epidermal keratinocyte progenitor and differentiated cells.
Sample: H3K27ac ChIP-seq Primary Epidermal Keratinocyte Biological Replicate 2 - Differentiation Day 3 - ZNF750 siRNA

Organism: Homo sapiens
Library:
Instrument: Illumina HiSeq 4000
Strategy: ChIP-Seq
Source: GENOMIC
Selection: ChIP
Layout: SINGLE
Construction protocol: Cells were crosslinked with 1% formaldehyde for 10 minutes, then quenched with 0.125M glycine for 5 minutes. Lysates were clarified from sonicated nuclei and histone-DNA complexes were isolated with an antibody. NEB Next ChIP-seq library prep kit was used.
