We investigaed the epigenetic landscape of H3K27ac modification between wild type(WT) and Mkx-/- tendon. Overall design: ChIP-seq analsis of H3K27ac modification of tail tendon derived cells from 3-week old wild type (WT) and Mkx-/- mice were performed according to standard protocol in triplicate.
