Design: 50 ng of viral genomic DNA was used to prepare libraries using the Illumina Nextera DNA library preparation kits according to the manufacturer's instructions. The libraries were pooled in equimolar concentrations and loaded onto an Illumina MiSeq. Sequencing was carried out using a 300 cycle V2 SBS kit (Illumina, Inc.) in paired-end 150 bp format.
