| 7. CNQX | 50 mM | 40 μl | 0.01 mM |
| 8. FDU | 6.7 mg/ml | 200 μl | |
| 9. β-Mercapto-ethanol | 139 mM | 36 μl | 25 μM |
Pour about 150 ml Neurobasal A into 250 ml receiver bottle, add the rest of the ingredients, then add more Neurobasal A to make a final total volume of 200 ml. Filter using 0.22 μm filter unit and refrigerate.
