Cytotoxic T cell line response to interleukin-2: time course

Analysis of cytotoxic T cell line (CTLL-2) at various time points up to 24 hours following interleukin-2 cytokine (IL-2) stimulation. IL-2 regulates T cell proliferation and differentiation. Results provide insight into the expression patterns of IL-2 responsive genes.
